Marc Noakes has skippered the "MV Independence" for the last 6 years and is considered one of the most experienced and successful charter boat captains within the Bay of Islands. Marc has fished the Northland & East Coasts of New Zealand all his working life, since leaving school in 1984. During that time Marc has had experience in both commercial & charter boat operations, including 4 seasons in Kona, Hawaii, Cairns, Australia & the South Pacific Islands. With over 27 years of experience Marc has a wealth of knowledge & talent that is priceless.
